Once submitted, our team reviews every Event Plan to confirm availability, recommend the appropriate service level, and prepare your reservation.

  • Delivery – Full-service delivery, setup, and pickup. Packages begin at $599.
  • In-Store Pickup (DIY) – Ideal for smaller orders. $21 service fee plus rentals with a $65 minimum.

Receive Your Event Plan

After reviewing your submission, we’ll email your completed Event Plan along with a PDF detailing your rentals, services, schedule, and pricing.

We’ll also send a text message letting you know it’s ready.

Reserve Your Rentals

To reserve your rentals, simply follow the instructions in your Event Plan email.

Availability changes daily, so we recommend booking as soon as you’re ready.

Need to Make Changes?

Plans change—and that’s okay.

You can request additions or exchanges before your delivery, subject to availability.

Delivery & Return

Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Delivery customers receive a text when the truck is on the way.
  • In-Store Pickup customers receive appointment information for pickup and return.
