Lead Event Installer

Just 4 Fun Party Rentals is a small locally owned company that contracts event rental equipment for celebrations of all types including birthdays, social events, weddings, family celebrations and corporate affairs.

We are seeking a Lead Event Installer to join our team! You will lead the team to deliver, install and pick up furniture, tents and party rental equipment. This is a fast paced job! Perfect for a detail oriented people person with a keen eye for design, who is in good active physical condition. Job involves crouching, bending, lifting, walking and carrying up to 50 lbs.


  • Pull & count rentals per job ticket
  • Properly load and unload truck
  • Deliver rentals to customer locations in a timely manner
  • Onsite customer support & rapport
  • Install rentals at the project site per design
  • Install lighting, flooring, and design items
  • Maintain/track accurate inventory in and out of the warehouse
  • Restock products & advise of missing/damaged items
  • Advise Event Manager of any delivery schedule issues
  • Cleaning, washing & maintaining rentals products as needed


  • Experience with: events, construction/light electrical, and/or moving
  • Clean driving record & experience driving box trucks
  • Knowledge of small tools: Dollies, Tie Downs, Ladders, etc.
  • Ability to handle physical workload up to 10 hours
  • Lifting, crouching, bending – lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Eye for details (detailed person)
  • MUST be Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

Pay is based on actual experience in the same or similar field;

Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our event rental team! Requires excellent communication and people skills, but full training is provided for our specific industry.

50% of the time you will be responsible for helping customers over the phone/email by rendering information on rental products, services and event booking information. The remaining time is assisting with will-call walk-ins and general warehouse support to the events team.


  • Inbound/outbound customer support
  • Carefully document event details
  • Develop a knowledge base of our event products and services
  • Document, verify and update customer records
  • Assist in-person customers with will-call pickups
  • Minor administrative office tasks
  • Help events team prepare rentals as needed with inventory prep; this can include cleaning, washing, wrapping, pulling rentals, etc as needed


  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive, helpful and professional demeanor
  • Email & internet/computer skilled
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player willing to help where needed
  • Able to lift 25 lb; tables, chairs, boxes, etc
  • Responsible and feels comfortable working alone
  • Speak English & Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
