How to Return Party Rentals; please follow the instructions below.
How to Return Party Rentals: Our goal is to pick up your rentals on-time and without hassle to you or your guests and also without delay to other customers.
#1 : Create a clear path to the contracted pickup location. Please make sure we can easily access the pickup location by removing obstacles such as; cars, trucks, dogs, other vendors, people, children, trash, and other obstructions before your scheduled pickup.
#2 Completely clean tables & chairs of debris ready for pickup at the time stated in your contract. Remove all debris and wipe down. *Pack tablecloths in green laundry bag(s), and repack all previously crated rentals in carrying crates.
#3 : Rinse China, Dishware & Catering Equipment and repack in the provided crates. If you have rented a bbq put the fire out at least 3 hours before pickup so you can safely dispose of charcoal. For cooking and concession machines please simply wipe out the remaining food with a damp cloth.
#4 : A/V, Lighting, Tents, Umbrellas & Gaming Equipment if our team setup the items, leave in place in the ON or UP position. If not, pack in carrying case. *See contract for details. **Gather any moved parts to avoid lost or missing items.
Premium services are available for an added fee.
If for some reason you cannot return rental equipment in the way described above we can of course help or reschedule your pickup if an unforeseen delay occurs for an additional fee.
