To prepare for your party rental return, please follow the instructions below.
How to Return Your Party Rentals: Our goal is to pick up your rentals on-time and without hassle to you or your guests and also without delay to other customers.
#1 : Create a clear path to the event site. Please make sure we can easily access the site by removing obstacles such as; cars, trucks, vendors, people, children, trash, and other rentals before your scheduled pickup.
#2 Completely clear tables & chairs of debris and ready for pickup at the time stated in your contract. Remove all china, silverware, food, decorations, and non-rented tablecloths. *You may leave rented tablecloths on the tables (free of debris).
#3 : Rinse China, Dishware & Catering Equipment and repack in the provided crates. If you have rented a bbq put the fire out at least 1 hour before pickup. For cooking and concession machines please simply wipe out the remaining food.
#4 : A/V, Lighting, Tents, Umbrellas & Gaming Equipment leave in place. If pickup is scheduled for the same day, please leave all equipment plugged in and in the ON position.
Premium services are available for an added fee.
If for some reason you cannot return rental equipment in the way described above we can help! By booking professional on-site staff to assist you with your event this will help you to prepare for your rentals return. *We can also reschedule your pickup if an unforeseen delay occurs.
To book premium services please call our office today at 805-680-5484. **Additional labor fees and reschedules start at $42.50: an invoice for labor, hold staff, or redelivery will be emailed to you if you are unable to return equipment as stated above.
