Cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact staffing and resources. Therefore:

📌 Full payment is due upon booking.

📌 No partial cancellations are allowed once booked.

📌 Full cancellations made 15+ days in advance are refundable less 50%, or may be rescheduled within 28 days.

📌 No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 15 days of your rental start date — no exceptions.

📌 Product exchanges ARE allowed with 48+ hours’ notice, if items are available.

📌 We reserve the right to refuse service.

These policies apply regardless of circumstances, including acts of God, illness, or emergencies.
