Not only do cancelations result in a loss of anticipated revenue, but it also disrupts project timelines & planned resource allocations. Therefore it is mutually agreed:

If you cancel your booking IN FULL with at least 15 days advance notice, you will receive a refund less 50% or may reschedule your event within 28 days of the original date (no exceptions).

We ARE flexible with product exchanges if available. However, we do NOT accept partial cancelations or issue refunds on partially cancelled rental packages.

Your booking is 100% non-refundable within 15 days or less of your booked date and no refund or credit will be issued.

There are NO exceptions to these cancellation policies, including acts of god (riots, fire, flood, death, sickness, pandemic, etc).
