Our 20×20 High Peak Tent is the ideal choice for small gatherings! With only four poles, setting up the layout is easy. The waterproof vinyl top provides excellent shelter, whether you need shade or protection from rain.

• Maximized Space: The Pinnacle High Peak Cross Cable design eliminates the need for extra leg supports, giving you more usable space underneath. No interior frames or support poles are needed.
• Installation Requirements: This tent requires extra-long stakes. It’s your responsibility to check for irrigation or other hidden obstacles before setup.
• Fire Permits: Fire permits are also the customer’s responsibility. Generally, a permit isn’t needed for temporary shade structures, but if you think you’ll need a fire extinguisher, please let our staff know.
• When is a tent permit required? – Generally a tent size of 400 sq. ft. or greater with any walls. – Area of tent is 700 sq. ft. or greater with no walls. – Area of multiple tents exceeds 700 sq. ft. – Any tents within 20 ft. of structures.

Alternative Options:

We also offer popup tents that don’t require large stakes or permits. Our vinyl top is water-resistant but not fireproof, so it’s not suitable for high winds or areas near fire or propane heaters. However, heaters can be used outside the tent, maintaining a safe distance of at least 6 feet.
