✅ Design Notes on Curved Layouts

Please note: When you do a curve shape or amphitheater, the outer circle naturally gets bigger and bigger, so the chairs in each row must increase. This helps the ceremony look more natural without large gaps.

✅ FINAL Layout Due by 2PM 3 Days Before Delivery

This gives our team time to plan correctly. We have 3 departments working behind the scenes, and they all need the same final layout!

✅ Appointment FAQs

Your selected window — either 11:00 AM–2:00 PM or 3:00 PM–6:00 PM — must include everything: delivery, setup, ceremony, photos, and full takedown. **We follow venue guidelines carefully.

Here’s how our standard delivery and pickup times align:

• 📌 Morning: 11:00 AM Delivery / 1:30 PM Pickup
• 📌 Afternoon: 3:00 PM Delivery / 5:30 PM Pickup

Typically, your 3-hour window breaks down like this:

• 1 hour for setup
• 1 hour for ceremony and photos
• 1 hour for takedown

*We require a minimum of 30-45 minutes to get setup started and mostly completed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• 📌 We cannot begin setup before your rental window begins.

• 📌 We must be completely finished and off-site by the time your rental window ends.

If you believe your wedding will need a longer setup or takedown period, please contact the courthouse directly to inquire about an extended rental. ✅ We require written permission from the Parks Department of any time allowance to show the ranger on your event date.
